Sidekick Sauce
Yield - 1 quart squeeze bottle
525g ristretto espresso (12-13 extractions)
1 container of Sidekick Premix Powder (contains collagen, malted milk powder, and salt preweighed and premixed to make one batch)
Blend everything in blender until smooth. Careful that it doesn’t blow lid off bc the contents are warm.
Transfer to squeeze bottle.

Coconut Cream Sauce
Yield - ½ quart (half a squeeze bottle)
1 can coconut milk
200g hot water
Place both into a squeeze bottle.
Shake well until combined.

Gen Mai Cha Concentrate
Yield - 1 quart squeeze bottle
16 teabags of gen mai cha pre-bagged (diff than loose leaf)
500g hot water
500g ice
Steep tea in hot water for 4 minutes and then strain over ice.
Transfer to squeeze bottle or glass bottle
