  • Create maintenance calendar (Google Calendar plug in?)

  • Add recent past regular maintenance acts to cal.

  • Fix cal settings so that events are visible

  • Create summary of general as well as each shop’s specific timeline details/standards.

  • Look at annual coffee / espresso sales at each shop to extrapolate coffee burr schedules for each shop

  • ask will if he wants to do condenser coils and ice machine deep clean steps too.

  • Determine if Will wants 2 shops/month or all shops every 3 months (asked by email).

  • Add future maintenance tasks to calendar

General summary of timelines

  • Water filters

    • aim for every 12 months

    • create form for when they are replaced that asks for: date, what type of filter used, counter reading at time of replacement, counter reset? yes no.

  • Ice machine deep cleans

    • Every 90 days: condenser coils

    • Every 6 months: deep clean internally and sanitize (including the evaporator, water distribution components, bin)

  • Fridge/Freezer condenser coil cleaning

  • Esp machines

    • 6-month and 12-month versions leap frogged

  • Grinder burrs

    • Conical burrs every 1500-3000lbs of coffee

    • Flat - every 1000-2000lbs coffee (K30s are flat)

    • EK-43 every 13k pounds

    • Guatemala every 6.6k pounds

  • Grease traps

    • Art - filled up after 3 years of use. Should be emptied when ⅓ full apparently, so once a year for them!

    • CnC - every 6 months
