The Final Push FMKT Load/Clean Up Checklist Bring leftover chicken salad jars, yogurt and fruit jars, breads, and cookies older than current week over to FPL Record what all was brought below (including numbers of each item, and estimated number of slices of bread) Wipe down all and sauce syrup bottles before repacking in crates Put all things back into their respective tubs (labelled on top) Anything not on the label, plz don't put in the tote Use big white ice chests to collect all dirty dishes, empty milk bottles, etc. Bring trashes over to dumpster Pack all contents under tent back up and collect them on the curb behind. Wipe down table cloths with Sani-water and allow to dry if possible before folding Take down Arsaga's sign/banner - try not to drag it on the ground at all Fold up tables and tend Go get the van and back up to the curb Empty hot water cooler, hot water handwashing thing, ice water bucket for drinks down storm drain. Do not dump coffee, Sani water, or anything you wouldn't dump into a stream down there. Because that drains to streams. Think of the frogs! The Load-In Order There's a photo of the load in below if you find visuals easier than lists Purple retail shelf (gentle it's not that hardy) - goes between (coming next) white tables and side of van) Two short tables and two long tables inside and to the left The tent (atop the tables) Tent weights Two green-top totes Wooden register baffle thing White-top tote (check that it contains all listed contents) Black crates with hot cups, cold cups, lids Five carboys. Don't dump filled ones. We'll use them next week. Box with pastry display covers (3 rectangles, 2 circles) Trashcan/bucket stack Menu stand nestled upside down with carboys Ice chest cart with ice chest on top Under that cold brew and sport tea buckets Mats that cover extension cords slides under it The two big white ice chests stacked atop each other The two other ice chests The brewers After that you fit everyting else that there is in there logically, as well as you can Back at the Warehouse As you put them away, record *unopened* bottles of the prepped items to help Friday prep next week out. Simple Syrup Honey Syrup Orchid Syrup Seasonal/Special Syrup Butterfly Pea Flower Tea (toss anything older than one week old) Chocolate Sauce Caramel Maple Caramel Oat Milk Coconut Cashew Milk One person primarily unloads and counts the till (if it still needs to be counted) the other works the dish pit Dish person: make sure all tools that are used at market are returned to their respective totes/shelf. Don't leave *any* farmers market tools out to dry. Otherwise, they will get absorbed into the beast and we won't have them next week. Take out the trash that the cold brew bags get emptied into and any other full trashes from market use After everything is cleaned and put away, do a final check to makes sure you're not leaving a mess for anyone at the Warehouse Monday morning.
