Earns an additional +$2/hr on Shift Lead shifts and one week PTO accrual for all worked shifts.
Scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday to complement the shop manager’s Monday through Thursday schedule.
Fosters communication and continuity between weekend and weekday service
Provides weekend guidance and experience so there’s someone in the shop who is in the know and can help make on the fly decisions, communicating with the shop manager as needed
Helps troubleshoot and brainstorm strategic solutions weekend-specific challenges
Helps train and orient new hires on weekend ways
Help ensure quality of the customer’s and employees’ experience over the weekend.
