Eugene Sargent

I am an artist from Fayetteville, Arkansas.
I am experienced in metal, wood, cement and composite materials. I also paint, draw, sketch, write and do digital image work.

I have difficulty with repetition. As a result, I tend to challenge myself to rise above the ordinary and innovate with each piece I build.

I am primarily self-taught, by which I mean I have no formal training in art and learn much of what I know by research and experimentation. However, I have had the good fortune of working with and learning from many fine artists and craftspeople.
